The straw rope connecting the seedling is arranged in a tray (11). The tray is arranged on a stander of the seedling-planting machine consisting of a pull wheel (13), a chassis (14), a furrowing device (7), a guiding plate (8), a soil-cover device 99) and a supporting bracket (10) through a bushing arranged at the center of the tray. The bushing is dynamically matched with the supporting bracket. The straw rope that is connected with the seedling is withdrawn from the tray and is buried in the earth through the guiding plate and the soil-cover device of the seedling-planting machine. The straw rope is rotted to be the fertilizer. The seedling-plantation is completed at once. The seedling-planting technology does not damage the seedling and also is suitable for the drought filed. The present invention realizes the industrialization of the seedling culture, reduces the seedling culture cost, reduces the seedling-planting labor intensity and provides a realistic guarantee for the stable yield and the high yield.
