The invention relates to a system and a method for realizing same-wavelength uplink and downlink isolation and grading protection functions of a colorless wavelength division multiplexing optical access network. The system is composed of an optical line terminal (OLT), far-end nodes (RN), and optical network units (ONU). According to the system, two fibers are utilized to connect all RNs to form an annular topological structure; and the two fibers are interdependent so as to form protection of feed lines and fibers among the RNs. Meanwhile, a plurality of ONUs are hung under each of the RNs, so that a star annular structure is formed between the RN and the ONUs. Therefore, mutual protection among the ONUs can be formed and thus distributed fibers can be protected. In order to solve problems of a feed line fault, a single fiber fault, a double fiber fault and a distributed fiber fault, wherein the problems might happen, the OLT, the RNs and optical switches in the ONUs can be utilized to carry out adjustment, so that a while network structure can be reestablished and normal communication of uplink and downlink signals can be protected. Beside, in order to reduce cost of a user terminal, RSOAs are arranged in the ONUs, so that a downlink signal can be eliminated and an uplink signal can be remodulated. The invention prolongs the time of the irradiation of corrugated board by light emitted by each light tube and improves efficiency. Light tubes in areas not to be dried can be turned off to save energy. In case of sudden vehicle stop, the rays are prevented from irradiating the corrugated board so as to avoid fire.
