touch panel and a preparation method for the film layer structure. The invention aims to solve the problem that the reliability of a conventional film layer structure is unqualified due to the fact that a polaroid shrinks in a high-temperature and high-
humidity environment. The film layer structure provided by the invention comprises: a
metal layer; a protective layer, which is arranged on the surface of one side of the
metal layer; and a polaroid, which is arranged on the surface of one side, far away from the
metal layer, of the protective layer, wherein the side, close to the polaroid, of the protective layer comprises a first graphical structure, and the side, close to the protective layer, of the polaroid comprises a second graphical structure which is matched with the first graphical structure in a nested mode, so nested matching is formed between the polaroid and the protective layer, the
binding force between the polaroid and the protective layer is increased, and the shrinkage amount of the polaroid is reduced. Therefore, the
corrosion degree of the metal layer below the polaroid is reduced, and the reliability of the film layer structure is improved.
