The invention relates to a culture method of a new hybrid variety of Argopecten irradias and Argopecten purpuratus. The culture method comprises the following steps of fertilizing Argopecten irradias eggs with Argopecten purpuratus sperms to build multiple hybrid first filial generation lines, selecting excellent hybrid lines according to phenotype of each hybrid line, selecting excellent hermaphroditic individuals from the excellent hybrid lines, maturing the excellent hermaphroditic individuals, and then carrying out self-fertilization to build multiple selfing lines; selecting excellent lines from the selfing lines, selecting excellent hermaphroditic individuals from the excellent lines, carrying out selfing and selecting; and carrying out selfing for more than three generations according to the same method to obtain the new hybrid variety of Argopecten irradias and Argopecten purpuratus. The obtained new hybrid variety of Argopecten irradias and Argopecten purpuratus has stable inheritance, rapid growth, large size and wide temperature tolerance range. The culture method also can be implemented by adopting a colony culture method. Since the obtained new hybrid variety of Argopecten irradias and Argopecten purpuratus has the excellent characteristics of Argopecten irradias and Argopecten purpuratus at the same time, the new hybrid variety can be cultivated in Qingdao, Dalian and other northern sea areas and the yield is improved by more than 30% as compared with the yield of bay scallop.

Preparation method and application of palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane for selectively separating palladium ions

The invention belongs to the technical field of functional material preparation, and discloses a preparation method and application of a palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane for selectively separating palladium ions. Specifically, a base film is prepared by using polydimethylsiloxane, and the palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane can be prepared by use of palladium ion as a template, 8-aminoquinoline and 4-vinylpyridine as ligands, hydroxyethyl methacrylate as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate a crosslinking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator by combination of a sacrificial template method and an ion-imprinting polymerization technique. Selective adsorption experiments are used to study the selective adsorption capacity of the prepared palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane; selective permeation experiments are used to study the selective permeation capacity of the prepared palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane for a target substance(palladium ion) and a non-target substance (cobalt ion, copper ion, cadmium ion and nickel ion). The results show that the palladium-ion-imprinted composite membrane prepared by the invention has high specific recognition ability and adsorption separation ability for the palladium ions.

The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a plurality of Argopecten purpuratus and Argopecten irradians irradians hybrid first filial generation families by utilizing the fertilization of eggs of the Argopecten purpuratus and sperms of the Argopecten irradians irradians, selecting excellent hybrid families according to phenotypes of the hybrid families, selecting excellent androgynous individuals from the excellent hybrid families, accelerating maturity, and self-fertilizing respectively to establish a plurality of self-fertilization families; selecting excellent families from the self-fertilization families in the next year, further selecting excellent androgynous individuals from the excellent families and self-fertilizing, and selecting; and continuously self-fertilizing more than three generations by the same method so as to obtain the novel hybrid scallop variety of the Argopecten purpuratus and the Argopecten irradians irradians which has stable inheritance, is large in individuals and wide in a temperature tolerance rangeand can grow quickly. The novel variety can also be realized by a population breeding method. The novel hybrid scallop variety of the Argopecten purpuratus and the Argopecten irradians irradians synchronously has excellent characteristics of the Argopecten irradians irradians and the Argopecten purpuratus, so the novel variety can be cultivated in northern sea areas such as Tsingtao, Dalian and the like; and the yield is improved by over 30 percent compared with that of the Argopecten irradians irradians.
