The implementation method comprises the following steps: carrying out analog programming on the type of the chip mounter, reading-in an EDA (electronic design automation) design file, automatically generating a mounting sequence program file, and inputting data into a mounting database; in a VC++6.0 environment, automatically carrying out 3D mechanism assembly and 3D simulation according to the type of the chip mounter by adopting an object oriented technology (OOT) and an OpenGL (open graphics library) technology; and finally generating an optimization program through design. By means of the virtual prototype system and the implementation method thereof, intuitive basis can be provided for data modification in the optimization program design of the chip mounter within the shortest time, thus achieving the purposes of optimal development cycle and cost and highest production efficiency.

Remote control system and method for electrical appliances

The invention provides a remote control system for electrical appliances. The system comprises a client system applied to a handheld device and a back-end system applied to a host. The handheld device is connected with the host through a network. The host is connected with a controller. The controller is connected with a plurality of electrical appliances. Different monitored 3D (three-dimensional) scenes and preset associations between various control instructions and 3D simulations are stored in the host. The client system downloads the 3D simulations from the host through the network, selects the electrical appliances to be controlled from the simulations and issues the control instructions to the electrical appliances. The control instructions are transmitted to the host through the network. The back-end system in the host determines the electrical appliances associated with the control instructions according to the stored associations, and controls the associated electrical appliances to execute corresponding operations through a controller. The invention further provides a remote control method for electrical appliances.
