The apparatus and method disclosed herein is a new e-commerce business model and its possible embodiments. By grouping merchandise and users, the invention provides new interfaces between multiple merchandises/service, multiple askers and multiple bidders. Certain merchandises/services will be identified and grouped with a Merchandise Group ID (MGID). Each MGID represents a group of merchandise/service with some common properties. MGID works like the stock tickers, which represents all products from the same category. It then enables users (bidders/askers/shipping carriers), who are also grouped by their User Group ID (UGID), to put bid/ask/cAsk offers on the above said merchandise or the shipping services. With MGIDs, the merchandise and service would then be identified and traded like stocks. With UGID that categorize users into user groups and then matching UGID, one group of users can find the counterparty user group they would like to deal with much easier. It reshapes the business operation chain of current e-commerce. It combines all elements (merchandise/services/users) of the chain with same/similar/equivalent properties into corresponding groups and assigns these groups with identifier—the groupID. Grouped users are identified by User Group ID (UGID). They can select their desired counterparties through the counterparties' UGID. Matched parties (buyer/sellers/carriers) can then trade grouped merchandise/services by using the merchandise/service's Group ID (MGID) like trading stock tickers. This invention changes the current “Instance Trading”, which only deals with each single pieces of merchandise instance, into “Group Trading”, which is based on categorized merchandise groups and categorized user groups. It provides communication and interaction between these user groups and merchandise groups. MGID, BGID, AGID and CGID work together to divide all bid/ask/cAsk offers into subgroups. It then peer matches the offers within each subgroup of records to find out the final matched orders for that subgroup. This new business model will also provide a much broader stage for shipping service carriers and manufactures. Every component of the business chain has been offered an adequate position and weight to make the market operate more efficient, transparent and fair. The new trading platform will also help to enhance payment performances and security by reducing payment fraud.

The system saves a water-cooling system and a water purification system on the basis of the water storage method; the storage vertical shaft is arranged underground, so that the influence of an external event can be effectively prevented, such as airplane crash; when the spent fuel needs to be transferred, a spent fuel storage tank can be taken out of a storage depot, and then directly loaded in a spent fuel shielding transport cask through lifting equipment so as to be conveniently transported; a plant and structural equipment are not polluted by radioactive materials, so the spent fuel storage depot can be normally disassembled and retired after the spent fuel storage tank is transferred; radioactive decontamination is not needed and the spent fuel storage depot can be conveniently retired; and the storage tank can be processed in different phases to reduce initial cost according to the operation of the power station.

The invention discloses a centrifugal casting coating for cylinder liners and a preparation method thereof. The centrifugal casting coating comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 100 parts of refractory aggregate, 12 to 20 parts of binder, 22 to 30 parts of heat-insulating agent, 0.7 to 1.15 parts of dispersant and 150 to 200 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and milling the refractory aggregate, the binder and the heat-insulating agent in a sand roller mill; feeding the mixed and milled components and the water into a stirring cask and stirring for 5 to 6 hours at the rotating speed of 120 to 180 rp/min; and adding sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate or sodium stearate and further stirring for 20 to 30 min to obtain the centrifugal casting coating for cylinder liners. The invention has the advantages that the selected materials are scientific and reasonable, the process is simple and advanced, and the coating has good sintering performance, high-temperature resistance and heat-insulation performance. Compared with the existing coatings, the coating layer, which is thinner and easily dried, has good heat-insulating effect, ensures that the castings can easily obtain good metallurgical structure, prolongs the service life of moulds and realizes the shape-following casting of the centrifugal casting cylinder liners.

The invention provides a composite from which concrete featuring a sufficiently high heat resistance can be produced, as well as a high-safety sealed concrete cask having no opening (shielding defect) to offer high shielding performance that can prevent corrosion of an internal canister and release of radioactive material to the exterior. A concrete cask of the invention includes a cask body having a bottom but no lid in itself, and a lid which can open and close off a top opening of the cask body. Both the cask body and the lid are made of concrete manufactured by using a composite including Portland cement or blended cement containing Portland cement, which is mixed with water in such a manner that the content of calcium hydroxide falls in a range of 15% to 60% by mass after hardening through hydration reaction. Heat conductive fins are welded along both sides of a belt-like member with a margin left along edges of the both sides, thereby to form a unit. The unit is welded to a body with the heat conductive fins from the outside of each fin. Next, another belt-like member is covered over a gap between adjacent belt-like members, and these members are welded from the outside. With this arrangement, there is no need to weld in a narrow and long space and the entire welding step is carried out from the outside, which makes it easier to assemble a cask.

A transport/storage cask for a radioactive material has an inner shell, an outer shell and a circular gamma ray shielding layer and a circular neutron shielding layer both of which are placed between the inner shell and the outer shell. The gamma ray shielding layer is formed by aligning a plurality of gamma ray shielding blocks composed of lead in a block shape in the circumferential direction. The entire gamma ray shielding block in the axial direction is covered with a copper tube having a higher elasticity limit than the gamma ray shielding block. In the above transport/storage cask, the gamma ray shielding layer composed of lead or a lead alloy is not easily deformed.

It is an object of the present invention to obtain a containment concrete cask which has heat removal capacity maintained at the conventional level or beyond it and which prevents radiation from leaking to the outside. In a concrete cask, a shielding body composed of concrete and heat transfer fins made from metal are provided between an inner shell and an outer shell made from metal, and an accommodation portion for accommodating a radioactive substance is provided inside the inner shell. The accommodation portion has a containment structure to be insulated from the outside of the cask. In the heat transfer fins, the portions thereof at the outer shellside are provided in contact with the outer shell and the portions thereof at the inner shell side are cut so as to form a separation portion with respect to the inner shell.

The invention relates to a system and method for regulating environmental parameters and losses in premises for aging and preserving wine comprising an air treatment unit (3) connected to a cold energy source (7) and to a heat energy source (8), a control module (9) configured to regulate the losses of wine occurring in the casks (2) of the premises (1), acting on environmental parameters of the premises (1), such as temperature, relative humidity, speed of the air and generation of molds, without affecting the quality of the stored wine, while at the same time controlling and maintaining the environmental quality in the premises (1).

The invention concerns an installation for emptying casks (1) equipped with an external bag (11) and an internal bag (12) containing powdery products. It comprises a glove box (12) consisting of a bell made of a transparent material. It is provided, on its upper part, with an opening for the passage of a suction rod (3, 31, 32) equipped with sealing means between said pipe and the bell. The lower part of the bell is provided with means adapted to be urged in sealed position on the upper part of a cask (1). The bell (2) is suspended to a frame (5, 15) for its vertical displacement.

An apparatus for transferring spent nuclear fuel in the form of a cask having a cylindrical inner shell forming a cavity configured to receive a canister containing spent nuclear fuel, an intermediate shell disposed concentrically around and spaced apart from the inner shell and an outer shell disposed concentrically around and spaced apart from the intermediate shell. A bottom flange is affixed to bottoms of each of the shells, and a bottom lid is removably affixed to the bottom flange. A top flange is affixed to tops of each of the shells, and a top lid is seated on the top flange. An annulus for air flow may be formed between the inner shell and the canister; the bottom lid may include an impact zone including impact absorbing structure; and the top flange may have integrally formed trunnions.

The object of this invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced concrete cask that ensures easy working, enables reducing working cost, excels in strength, durability and heat resistance and enables minimizing cracking; a process for fabrication of the same; and a supporting frame for molding the concrete cask. The invention provides an apparatus for safely transporting various hazardous materials, including spent nuclear fuel. The invention includes a cask cradle that is configured to securely receive a cask for containment of hazardous materials, such as spent nuclear fuel. The cask cradle in accordance with the invention includes a front cradle section load bearing brace, a rear cradle section having a first non-loading bearing brace and a second non-loading brace, first and second horizontal support members connecting the front cradle section to the rear cradle section and trunnions that lock into and retain the cask. The invention also provides a railcar having a depressed flatbed region for receiving and securely retaining the cask cradle. During the process of scanning, the welded seam is laminated in the direction of thickness and the combination in every layer uses probes in different focal lengths and angles to detect, meanwhile, an overlapped area is positioned between two adjacent layers of probes. By testing capabilities of the detection system, according to the technical scheme, the detection system fully meets the ultrasonic detection requirements of welded seams of heavy-gauge austenitic stainless steels which are the preparation materials of spent fuel transfer casks.

In the invention, on the layer of the service, an evidence theory is used for fusing multi vectors in an alarm thread to compute a risk index, wherein the vectors can response risk change conditions, the objective condition of intrusion risks is reflected by the risk index, and simultaneously, with target risk distribution reflected by subjective safety awareness, the risk condition of a target is comprehensively assessed; on the layer of the host, a risk assessment method based on a cask principle is provided; and on the layer of the network, a safety dependence network concept is provided, and an improved risk spreading algorithm is utilized so as to complete the risk assessment of the layer of the network. According to the invention, the alarm processes of alarm verification, aggregation and correlation as well as alarm confidence learning are closely combined with the risk assessment, so that the subjectivity, the fuzziness, the uncertainty and other problems in the risk assessment are better processed.

A method of storing high level radioactive waste, and specifically a method of adjusting or controlling the temperature of ventilation air flowing through a storage cavity of a ventilated system. The method includes positioning a metal canister containing high level radioactive waste in a storage cavity of the ventilated system. The ventilated system includes a cask body, a cask lid, a plurality of inlet ducts, and at least one outlet duct so that ventilation air can flow from atmosphere into the storage cavity where it is heated and then back out to the atmosphere. The method includes progressively reducing a cross-sectional area of one or more of the inlet ducts and/or the outlet duct over time so that a rate at which the ventilation air is heated within he storage cavity is maintained above a predetermined threshold to mitigate the risk of stress corrosion cracking in the metal canister.
