The invention discloses an
enzyme unhairing method for removing damage to a cowhide leather grain surface. The
enzyme unhairing method is characterized in that at 35-42 DEG C, at first, a
collagenase inhibitor of which the tare is 0.1-1.0% is used for pre-
processing cowhide subjected to soaking and meat removal under the condition that the pH value is 7.5-11.5, then an unhairing
enzyme preparation is added by routine to carry out unhairing treatment for 3-9 hours, and the follow-up processes such as mechanical unhairing, liming, deliming,
softening, picking and tanning are performed by routine. The cowhide is pre-processed by the
collagenase inhibitor before the operation of enzyme unhairing is performed, so that on one hand,
collagenase in unhairing enzyme components is inhibited, the safety implementation of enzyme unhairing at a relatively high temperature is ensured, the enzyme unhairing time is greatly shortened, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the suitability for industrial production and application is achieved, on the other hand, the
collagenase inhibitor has little
impact on the activity of casease in the unhairing enzyme preparation, so that efficient unhairing efficiency is remained, the obtained leather grain surface is intact and undamaged, pores are clear, and the probability of surface looseness is low.
