12 results about "Gaseous atmosphere" patented technology

Atmospheric gases are gases located in the Earth’s atmosphere. These gases primarily include oxygen and nitrogen (making up 99% of the air); though greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, water vapor and ozone) make up 1% of the air.

Method for fabricating an interconnect structure

A method for fabricating an interconnect structure is disclosed. A substrate with a first dielectric layer is provided. A first conductor is formed in the first dielectric layer. A second dielectric layer is formed on the first dielectric layer. A trench is formed in the second dielectric layer to expose the top surface of the first conductor. An annealing process is performed on the top surface of the first conductor. The annealing process includes the conditions of a temperature of 400-450° C., duration less than 5 minutes, and gaseous atmosphere comprising hydrogen and nitrogen.

Non-stick aluminum unburned ceramsite and its preparation method and application

ActiveCN116803945BSlagGaseous atmosphere
The present application relates to the technical field of new materials, and particularly discloses a non-stick aluminum unfired haydite, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: steel slag powder 65-75 parts, high-alumina cement 3-8 parts, glass powder 20-30 parts, anti-stick aluminum agent 1.5-3 parts, and water 15-25 parts. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the steel slag, high-alumina cement, glass powder, anti-stick aluminum agent and water, and then granulating to obtain granular material; and (2) sequentially performing pre-curing and carbon mineralization curing on the granular material prepared in step (1) to obtain the non-stick aluminum unfired haydite. The carbon mineralization curing is performed by curing the pre-cured granular material in a gaseous atmosphere with a CO2 volume concentration of no less than 30%. The non-stick aluminum unfired haydite prepared by the present application has the advantages of light weight, high strength and low water absorption, and can be used as a substitute aggregate for refractory castable.

A dry liquid nitrogen transport tank with integrated automatic replenishment

This invention relates to the field of liquid nitrogen transport tank technology, and in particular to an integrated automatic liquid replenishment dry liquid nitrogen transport tank, comprising a transport tank, and further comprising: a first sealing cap; two sets of connecting handles for detachable fixing of the two; two vacuum chambers; a first partition plate for dividing the interior of the transport tank into an upper storage chamber and a lower liquid nitrogen chamber; a storage rack fixedly installed inside the storage chamber; a small-volume vaporization component for forming a gaseous atmosphere formed by the vaporization of a small amount of liquid nitrogen inside the storage chamber; and an automatic liquid replenishment component for storing liquid nitrogen and automatically replenishing liquid nitrogen after the liquid nitrogen inside the small-volume vaporization component is consumed. This device, through the setting of the small-volume vaporization component, allows liquid nitrogen to enter the small-volume vaporization component and vaporize inside to form a liquid nitrogen gaseous environment, thereby creating a low-temperature environment inside the storage chamber for low-temperature storage of transported goods.

Method of using carbon dioxide in poultry egg incubation to improve poultry characteristics

The invention relates to a method of incubating fertilized un-incubated poultry eggs for hatching, the method comprising: incubating the eggs in a gaseous atmosphere in contact with the eggs for an incubation period of 18 to 21 consecutive days, and during which period, carbon dioxide is supplied to the gaseous atmosphere from a source external to the eggs as required, so that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the gaseous atmosphere in contact with the eggs is 7,500 to 20,000 ppm for at least one period of at least 12 hours, thereby enhancing the health and viability of the chicks and, for chickens, reducing the propensity of chicks hatched from the eggs so treated to conditions such as wooden breast.

Plasma etching

An additive-containing aluminium nitride film containing an additive element selected from Sc, Y or Er is plasma etched through a mask for a period of time, t, with a plasma formed in a gaseous atmosphere having an associated gas pressure while an RF bias power is applied to the additive-containing aluminium nitride film. The gas pressure is reduced and / or the RF bias power is increased for a majority of the period of time t, so that the plasma etching becomes less chemical and more physical over a majority of the period of time, t.
