The invention provides an
elevator air conditioner
system arranged at the top of an
elevator car. The
elevator air conditioner
system comprises a condensation cavity and an
evaporation cavity, whereinthe condensation cavity is equipped with a compressor, an air
exhaust pipe, a condenser, a condensation fan, a throttling device, an
evaporation dish, a liquid level switch, a spraying water pump, anozzle, a condenser outlet
pipe and other related pipes; the
evaporation cavity is equipped with a wind return cover, an
evaporator, an condensation fan, a water pan, a wind return port, a wind supplyport, a sealing structure and related pipes; an air exhaust port of the compressor communicates with the inlet of the condenser, the outlet of the condenser communicates with the throttling device through the condenser outlet
pipe, the outlet of the throttling device communicates with the inlet of the
evaporator, and the outlet of the
evaporator communicates with an air return port of the compressor, so as to form a loop; and the wind supply port of an air conditioner directly communicates with a wind inlet port of the elevator car, and then an air-conditioning cabinet directly supplies windinto the elevator car. The elevator air conditioner
system provided by the invention is low in air supply resistance, large in windward area, more uniform in wind quantity distribution and higher in sealability; condensate water can be quickly and effectively removed, thereby increasing the refrigerating capacity and the improving the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner; and such an effective elevator air conditioner system is provided for an elevator.
