A circuit structure on the circuit board comprises an embedded microprocessor, a peripheral circuit connected with the embedded microprocessor, and a power supply module which supplies power for the embedded microprocessor and the peripheral circuit, wherein, the embedded microprocessor comprises an A/D converting unit, a memory and PWM output control unit, a digital quantity input and output unit, a logic control unit and an interface control unit, the peripheral circuit comprises an input signal conditioning circuit, a power amplification circuit, a display unit, a feedback indication circuit, an RS232 interface circuit, a keyboard entry circuit and a power supply module. An voltage input terminal and a current input terminal are connected with the A/D converting unit via the input signal conditioning circuit, the power amplification circuit is connected with the PWM output control unit, and the display circuit is connected with the digital quantity input and output unit. The embedded proportional controller is convenient in signal processing and strong in anti-interference capability, and can communicate with an upper computer. By the invention, only software parameters need to be changed corresponding to different proportioning valves, allowing no change to hardware circuit.
