simulation method of a multi-axis electrically-propelled semi-physical
simulation test platform. The method includes: (a) acquiring the actual operational data of a ship to build a
mathematical model and verifying and adjusting the model; (b) presetting ship speed, using a simulation model to calculate the expected value of a
motor unit parameter, and transmitting the expected value to a simulator; (c) enabling the real-time simulator to receive a command and to adjust the
motor unit to operate accordingto the expected value, enabling the
motor unit to feed back an actual value
signal to the real-time simulator and to an input module, enabling the input module to compile the actual value
signal intoCPU-identifiable information, and using the simulation model to calculate the required ship speed, thereby realizing the closed-
loop control of the motor unit parameter and completing the simulationprocess. The method avoids inaccuracy of the simulation model caused by all-digital simulation, achieves high similarity with a real test environment, fast hardware response, high real-time performance, and high economic efficiency, and provides guidance for practical research.
