The invention relates to an efficient sewage treatment process and device based on electron current directional adjustment and control and belongs to the technical field of sewage (wastewater) treatment. In the process, an anaerobic fermentation electron generation chamber, a heterotrophic-autotrophic denitrification chamber and an aerobic membrane separation chamber are included. After low-concentration organic sewage enters the anaerobic fermentation electron generation chamber, particulate organic matter and part of dissolved organic matter are intercepted and adsorbed by filler and form an extracellular current under the action of microorganisms used in a follow-up autotrophic denitrification process. Meanwhile, by the utilization of a microfiltration / ultrafiltration membrane separation process, the load in the sewage treatment process is increased, solid-liquid separation efficiency is guaranteed, and outflow water quality meets high-standard sewage (wastewater) treatment reuse requirements. According to the process, the removal effect of nutrient elements including nitrogen is intensified by adjusting the flowing direction of the electron current in the organic sewage treatment process, the system sludge yield is lowered, and membrane filtration pollution is relieved. Through the process, the low-concentration organic sewage can be treated efficiently at normal temperature (higher than 15 DEG C), and running energy consumption for sewage treatment is lowered remarkably.
