The present invention provides a wide beam scanning dual-frequency dual-polarization micro base station antenna applied to 5G communication. The antenna comprises includes a first dielectric plate, asecond dielectric plate, a third dielectric plate and a feed structure in order from the top to bottom. Radiation patches are affixed to the first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate, thefeed structure is arranged on the third dielectric plate, the first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate are coupledly fed through the feed structure of the third dielectric plate, at thesame time, a reflective floor is under the third dielectric plate, an air layer is arranged between the first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate, and the second dielectric plate is in direct contact with the third dielectric plate. According to the antenna of the invention, the wideband characteristic of the antenna is achieved, the bandwidth of the two ports of the antenna covers the bands of 3.3-3.69 GHz and 4.75-5 GHz respectively, the antenna can be applied to the 5G communication, the high isolation and low cross polarization performance are achieved, and a 1*4 high gain antenna array is achieved through a differential feed network.
