The invention relates to a

penicillin bottle opening
system comprises a case framework, an electromechanical
control system, a sliding platform and a
bottle discarding device. At least three groups of
penicillin bottle containing holes are arranged in the sliding platform. The sliding platform advances and retreats on a sliding rail through a
ball screw under the drive of a stepping motor. A
milling cutter platform is arranged above the sliding platform. The front end of the
milling cutter platform is upwards arc-shaped.
Milling cutter holes corresponding to penicillin bottle groups are arranged behind the arc-shaped front end. Milling cutters are fixedly arranged in the
milling cutter holes through bearings and bearing seats. A belt
pulley is installed on one side of a milling cutter shaft and is connected with a high-speed motor through a triangular belt or a synchronous belt. A limiting shaft is fixedly arranged on a case wall at the front end of the milling cutter platform. An eccentric lever is fixedly arranged on the limiting shaft. A baffle is arranged on the side of the sliding platform. A
punching cylinder is arranged at the front end of each milling cutter at a position corresponding to the mouth of each penicillin bottle. A bottle plug opening box is arranged above the
punching cylinder. A gas-liquid disinfection
spray nozzle is arranged behind each milling cutter. The penicillin bottle opening
system has the advantages that the goal of automatic prescription preparation can be realized, the working and preparation efficiency of
nursing personnel is improved and the
nursing workload is reduced.
