The device is provided with a grating spectrometer, a photoelectric acquiring circuit, a computer, a to-be-tested photoelectric detector, a standard spectral irradiance probe, a sleeve, a convergent lens set, a light source, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) temperature controlled clamp and an LED current stabilizing source, wherein the relative spectral response of the to-be-tested photoelectric detector is measured to obtain a relative spectral response curve, the probe and the light source are fixed in the sleeve, an LED is turned on and a clamp is opened, spectral irradiance distributions of the LED under different currents are measured, the probe is removed, the to-be-tested photoelectric detector is fixed in the sleeve, response current values of the to-be-tested photoelectric detector under illumination of different wavelengths are acquired by the photoelectric acquiring current and are sent to the computer; and the absolute spectral response of the to-be-tested photoelectric detector can be figured out by using the relative spectral response and the response current of the to-be-tested photoelectric detector under the illumination of the LED light source. The stable white-light organic thin-film electroluminescent device comprises a substrate, an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an orange-light ultrathin light emitting layer, a bipolar mixed spacer layer, a green-light ultrathin light emitting layer, a bipolar mixed spacer layer, a blue-light ultrathin light emitting layer, an electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are sequentiallystacked. The stable white-light organic thin-film electroluminescent device does not use a doped illuminating system, avoids the problems that the doping concentration is difficult to control and doping is repeatedly performed, simplifies the process flow, saves materials, and reduces cost. According to the preparation method, the luminescent materials of different colors are prepared into different regions of the same bipolar mixed spacer layer, and the problem of driving voltage increases caused by a multiple light emitting layer structure is solved. The energy transfer system in the stablewhite-light organic thin-film electroluminescent device is effectively constructed and controlled, and finally the multi-spectral white-light organic thin-film electroluminescent device with stable spectra is obtained.

The invention provides a multilayered shell structure nanorod and a preparation method of the multilayered shell structure nanorod, and a preparation method of a white light LED. A multilayered core-shell structure quantum dot is prepared by a step-by-step inorganic shell layer coating method of an anion-cation alternative filling method, and the method is helpful to avoid corresponding ion side products with different valence states for adding excessive anion or cation ions in one time, avoid excessive independent core formation, realize the control of the quantum dot dimension, and improve the uniformity of the grain diameter. The multilayered shell structure nanorod has good crystal forming effect and good stability. The quantum dot prepared by the invention has the advantages of narrowhalf-peak width, symmetrical luminescence spectrum, stable optical property, and high yield of the quantum dot; the quantum dot is applied to prepare the white light LED, and the white light LED is high in color purity, good in stability, and nearly free from light attenuation. The result of the embodiment indicates that the prepared quantum dot is narrow in half-peak width and symmetrical in spectrum; the fluorescence yield is over 80%; the white light LED is good in stability and high in color purity, and its CIR is more than 90.

The invention relates to a control circuit that is used in a double LED pointolite color light signal and comprises a lighting control part, a failure testing part and a power supply part. The control circuit also comprises an LED main light source loop and an LED auxiliary light source loop which are respectively composed of the three parts. A lighting transformer is secondarily connected in parallel with a current matcher of the lighting transformer, thus causing the primary current value to reach the rated range which ensures that a filament relay can work normally. The control circuit adopts constant current power supply so as to eliminate the influence on the current value of the LED loops caused by voltage fluctuation. A current detecting chip and a current sampling resistance are adopted and connected in parallel so as to form a detection unit which is connected in series to the LED main light source loop, and the anode of the LED main light source loop is taken as a voltage detecting point. When open circuit or short circuit occurs to the LED main light source loop, the output value of a detecting circuit changes accordingly and controls the output state of a comparator, thus further controlling opening or closing a switch MOS conduit in the loop and realizing the switch between a main light source and an auxiliary light source and failure warning. When railway signal lamps are replaced by the LED, the existing circuit equipment are not necessary to be changed, which ensures the reliability of a signal interlocking circuit.

The processing method comprises a coating finishing procedure, wherein coating finishing is performed on a waterproof set fabric printed with the pattern painting camouflage color, and a flame-retardant coating is completed according to a sequence of firstly performing bottom glue blade coating and calendaring, then performing middle glue blade coating and finally performing surface glue blade coating; during the bottom glue blade coating, the temperature of a drying oven is controlled to be close to the temperature of a cross-linking agent in a bottom glue formula, the vehicle speed is regulated and controlled, methylbenzene in polyurethane glue is completely volatilized, bottom glue is in a dried state, but part of the cross-linking agent does not completely react to form a net structure, more bottom glue is extruded into yarn gaps of a fabric during subsequent calendaring, and further the cross-linking agent reacts with the polyurethane glue and a curing process is finished. The color fastness of the fabric is stable, and the dark color migration phenomenon is reduced. The production and processing method meets the use requirements of novel equipment such as carrying tools and bulletproof vests.
