The invention discloses a new-energy automobile limping
mode control method and
system. The method comprises the steps that if a
power battery breaks down, a
relay is turned off; if an engine runs, the whole automobile enters a
hybrid mode; if the engine is not started, and when a coupler has a disconnection fault, the whole automobile stops; when the coupler has no disconnection fault, the engineis started; under the
hybrid mode, according to the working state of a whole automobile motor and a controller, the running state of the engine and the working state of the coupler, the
voltage closed-loop stopping state is calculated, and if the
voltage closed-loop stopping is activated, the automobile enters the non-
voltage closed-loop limping mode; if the voltage closed-loop stopping is not activated, when the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than the preset rotating speed, the automobile enters the non-voltage closed-loop limping mode, and when the rotating speed of the motor is notsmaller than the preset rotating speed, the automobile enters the voltage closed-loop limping mode; according to the method and
system, flexible configuration can be performed according to the actualcondition, the redundancy is high, after the
power battery failure is
cut off, the whole automobile enters the safety controllable mode, and the safety of the whole automobile and passengers is ensured.
