system comprises an
endoscope front-end probe
assembly, an
image processing host and an operation control terminal. The
microscopic image acquisition unit in the
endoscope front-end probe
assembly is pre-aligned with the physical sampling path of the
biopsy tool. The
image processing host is configured to acquire a
microscopic image, process and generate an evaluation
signal representing the
pathological value of the
target tissue, judge whether the evaluation
signal meets the preset trigger condition, and send an enable
signal to the operation control terminal to drive the operation limiting unit to release the operation limitation of the sampling execution component when the condition is met. The method comprises corresponding
image acquisition, evaluation signal generation, condition judgment and unlocking control steps. By constructing a "verify first and sample later" physical
interlocking mechanism, the application can ensure that the sampling operation is only performed in the high
pathological value area, effectively avoiding the misoperation caused by blind sampling, and significantly improving the accuracy of
biopsy sampling and the positive rate of diagnosis.
