The filler takes a metal organic framework compound hmt-MOF as a capsule shell and an encapsulated corrosion inhibitor as a capsule core, and an hmt-MOF compound is formed by assembling two organic polydentate ligands including hexamethylenetetramine and terephthalic acid; amino nitrogen atoms in hexamethylenetetramine and carboxyl oxygen atoms in terephthalic acid can react with functional groups in resin, compatibility is good, dispersion is easy, high storage stability is achieved, and the compound can react with a metal substrate to generate -N/O coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds and the like; and the adhesive force and the corrosion resistance ofthe coating and the substrate are enhanced, and a high self-repairing function can be kept for a long time in an acid-base environment. The raw materials are easy to obtain and low in toxicity, the production technological process is simple, preparation is easy, the trend of green and environment-friendly development is met, large-scale industrial production can be achieved, and good application prospects are achieved.
