This application provides a method and system for dynamically adjusting the temperature of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction. The method involves real-time acquisition of temperature and steam inlet pressure parameters for each zone of the decoction pot, followed by regional weighting to generate temperature distribution deviation parameters. These parameters are then dynamically coupled with the steam pressure to form a composite parameter reflecting heat exchange efficiency. A multi-loop control strategy is employed to dynamically adjust the opening degree of the steam valve groups in the corresponding zones based on these composite parameters, with valve priority set according to the spatial location of each zone. An innovative pressure fluctuation compensation mechanism is introduced, using an iterative algorithm to apply physical boundary constraints to the opening parameters, ultimately converging the temperature distribution unevenness of each zone to a preset threshold. A closed-loop control system is formed through valve collaborative control and a dynamic compensation algorithm. The technical solution provided in this application achieves rapid and balanced temperature control of the decoction pot zones, effectively improving the thermal consistency and extraction stability of medicinal components during the TCM decoction process.
