sediment needing area and a sediment controlling area are recognized, and the configurable sediment amount is calculated. And on the basis, with maximization of the
water consumption satisfaction rate, maximization of the sediment guarantee degree of the sediment needing area and minimization of the
sedimentation risk of the
sediment control area as targets, a water-sediment
coupling collaborative optimization model is constructed, an optimal configuration solution set of the water quantity distribution and sediment resource configuration weight of each channel section is solved, and an
executable scheduling instruction is generated. The regulation and
control system dynamically adjusts a scheduling scheme by monitoring the flow, the sand content and the deposition change data of the canal section on line, and
scientific management and optimal configuration of water and sand resources of the canal
system in the
irrigation area are achieved. The method has the advantages of being easy and convenient to operate and high in feasibility, and can be widely applied to optimal configuration and cooperative regulation and control of
