The invention discloses a
mechanical transmission automatic shift
system used for an electromobile and belongs to the automatic shift technical field. The automatic shift
system is characterized in that a
clutch and a transmission are connected in series between a
drive motor and a driving axle, and a
clutch position sensor LHW and a control mechanism of the
clutch position sensor LHW are additionally arranged on the clutch; the transmission is changed into an automated
mechanical transmission (AMT), a vehicle speed sensor is close to the driving axle, and a motor ECU (
electronic control unit) is connected with a mechanical
automatic transmission ECU used for the electromobile; and the automatic
mechanical transmission ECU is used for receiving a vehicle running state
signal from each sensor and outputting a
control signal of each
actuator electromagnetic valve as well as various related display signals, controlling a gear-selecting mechanism, a gear-pushing mechanism, a
clutch control mechanism and a motor to realize automatic shift. The automatic shift
system provided by the invention has the advantages of improving the gear shift performance, improving the dynamic property and economy of a vehicle, shortening the joint time of the clutch, and prolonging the service life of the clutch, and reducing the impacting degree of the joint process, and improving the driving comfortableness.
