The present invention discloses an anti-oxidation
capacitor film. The anti-oxidation
capacitor film includes a base film and a first
aluminum coating, a
zinc coating and a second
aluminum coating that are sequentially plated on the base film. The second
aluminum coating is of a step structure, thereby improving the grade and self-healing effect of a
capacitor. The second aluminum
coating is provided with a tung oil
protection layer, thereby preventing the aluminum
coating and the
zinc coating from being oxidized by air, improving the anti-oxidation capacity of a metalized capacitor film, and prolonging the service life of the capacitor. The present invention further discloses a preparation method of the anti-oxidation capacitor film. Isotactic
polypropylene is used as a main material, additives and other materials are added, the base film is obtained through
melt extrusion, blowing and stereotyping, sheet
casting, two-way stretching, cooling stereotyping, setting amplitude and trimming, dragging and
cutting, winding and two times of aging treatment, and in a vacuum condition, the base film is sequentially plated with the first aluminum coating, the
zinc coating, the second aluminum coating and the tung oil
protection layer so as to obtain the anti-oxidation capacitor film. The capacitor film prepared by the method has good
temperature resistance and anti-oxidation performance.
