Reinforcing member for vehicle center pillar

Deformation by camber recovery etc. due to non-uniform residual stress is suppressed, and occurrence of crack and burr is suppressed by improving press forming property of a roof side T-shaped portion, so that a reinforcing member having a predetermined shape accuracy is manufactured easily and inexpensively by pressing. A reinforcing member (12) is constructed by three members, i.e. an upper member (20), a lower member (22) and a central member (24). A tensile strength of the upper member (20) is selected lower than that of the central member (24), and is higher than that of the lower member (22). In comparison to a case where the upper member (20) and the central member (24) are constructed integrally by an ultra-high tensile steel plate, fluctuation of internally generated residual stress is made small. Shape accuracy is thereby improved by the reduced deforming amount due to camber recovery etc., thus press forming being facilitated. Also, a roof side T-shaped portion constructed by the upper member (20) is improved in the drawing property, and the door frame corner portions (30) and (32) are improved in the outer trimming property. Thus, the shape accuracy is improved, and yield and productivity is increased by suppression of crack generation.

The present invention provides an inexpensive metallic material for interconnects of solid-oxide fuel cells, a fuel cell using the metallic material, and a method for producing the metallic material having excellent oxidation resistance and spalling resistance of an oxide layer, high electrical conductivity, and a small difference in thermal expansion from an electrolyte. Specifically, 0.20 percent by mass or less of C, 0.02 to 1.0 percent by mass of Si, 2.0 percent by mass or less of Mn, 10 to 40 percent by mass of Cr, 0.03 to 5.0 percent by mass of Mo, 0.1 to 3.0 percent by mass of Nb, and at least one element selected from the group consisting of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Zr, and Hf in a total of 1.0 percent by mass or less are added so as to satisfy 0.1≦Mo / Nb≦30, for decreasing the growth rate of the oxide layer and improving the spalling resistance.

A valve train of an internal combustion engine is provided with a plurality of camshaft supports arranged on a support member of the engine, and a camshaft is supported on the camshaft supports. The camshaft has valve operating cams thereon for opening and closing engine valves of engine. A torque reducing mechanism is provided to apply a counter torque to the camshaft to suppress torque fluctuation of the camshaft caused by reaction forces applied to the cams by the engine valves. The torque reducing mechanism has a rotating member that rotates together with the camshaft, and a counterforce applying member for applying a counterforce to the rotating member to apply a counter torque to the camshaft. The counterforce applying member is supported on a connecting member connecting adjacent ones of the camshaft supports. The torque reducing mechanism suppresses torque fluctuation of the camshaft, suppresses increase in the weight of the camshaft, and suppresses increase in the size of the engine, ensuring a necessary supporting rigidity for supporting a counterforce applying mechanism included in the torque reducing mechanism.

The invention discloses a water-in-oil type high-internal-phase Pickering emulsion as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving and dispersing polyglycerol ricinoleate as an emulsifier and diglyceride into an oil phase; then slowly adding a water phase into the mixed oil phase at a constant speed and carrying out pre-mixing by utilizing a stirrer; then carrying out high-speed shearing emulsification on a crude emulsion; after homogenizing is finished, rapidly cooling the crude emulsion to room temperature by utilizing an ice-water bath to obtain the water-in-oil type high-internal-phase Pickering emulsion with the water phase volume percent of 75-85%. The emulsion has excellent plasticity and stability, low fat content and relatively high nutritional characteristics. According to the method disclosed by the invention, large-size equipment is not needed in a preparation process of the emulsion, so that the emulsion is environmentally friendly and has no pollution; the cost is low and complicated procedures are not needed; and the emulsion is easy to produce and can be used as a novel healthy functional ingredient to beapplied to a plurality of fields including foods, cosmetics and the like.
