The invention discloses a cold and heat combined supply 
system capable of comprehensively utilizing 
clean energy and production 
waste heat. The cold and heat combined supply 
system comprises a heatingand refrigerating 
water supply and return 
system, and a domestic 
hot water supply and return system, wherein the heating and refrigerating 
water supply and return system is equipped with a cold and heat storage water tank; the cold and heat storage water tank is connected with a cold and heat release heat plate type 
heat exchanger and a cold and heat storage plate type 
heat exchanger system as well as an air source 
heat pump system in parallel; the system, a heating 
water supply and return pipeline and a refrigerating water supply and return pipeline define a circulating system; and a 
solenoid valve for controlling on and off is arranged on each circulating pipeline. The domestic 
hot water supply and return system comprises a heat storage water tank which is in parallel connected with anair compressor 
energy supply system and a 
solar energy supply and 
compression system; and the heat storage water tank, the 
cold storage water tank and the heat storage water tank are equipped with connecting pipelines, so that on and off are controlled according to the needs. According to the cold and heat combined supply system disclosed by the invention, the systems are matched in a staggered mode, so that operation under different 
modes can be realized, and therefore, different needs of heating and refrigerating a building in different seasons are met, various 
clean energy is sufficiently utilized, and 
energy conservation and consumption reduction are realized.
