The invention relates to a magnetic particle microfluidic biochip for four inflammation markers and belongs to the technical field of POCT (Point-of-care Testing) detection. The biochip comprises a biosensor, wherein the biosensor comprises a wafer platform and sample application antibodies coated on the wafer platform; the sample application antibodies, a magnetic bead coupled antibody and a marker protein can form an immune complex, the concentration of the marker protein can be judged according to magnetic resistance signal intensities of the complex on the wafer platform, and the sample application antibodies are single colonial antibodies of four inflammation markers PCT, IL-6, CRP and SAA. According to the technical scheme, magnetic beads have relatively large specific surface areasand can be combined with a large number of proteins/antibodies, so that the detection sensitivity can be improved. The invention further provides a detection method with the biochip. By adopting the detection method, sensitivity, a linear range, a lower detection limit, accuracy and a specific level of a fourth generation imported chemiluminiscence method POCT product can be met, meanwhile, the product is small and exquisite in structure, convenient to carry over, good in sensitivity, accurate, short in detection time and applicable to detection in basic community hospitals.
