The invention discloses a single-module suspension
control system experiment detection platform. A motor
box girder, a track, an
electromagnet and a bottom plate are arranged in parallel, wherein themotor
box girder is vertically disposed inside two gamma-shaped support arms, a
linear motor function module is fixed on a lower surface of the motor
box girder, the track is fixed at the bottom plate, two ends of the
electromagnet are respectively fixed at lower ends of the two support arms, an anti-roll beam is disposed at each of front ends of the two support arms, front ends of two anti-roll beams are connected through a tensioned portion fixed to the bottom plate, upper ends of the gamma-shaped support arms are respectively connected with a
fixed beam fixed on the bottom plate, and a
barometer and an
air spring connected with an air
path system are further disposed between the upper ends of the support arms and the fixed beams. The information of the
electromagnet is collected by a suspension sensor and is sent to a suspension controller, the control information is sent by the suspension controller to the electromagnet and a fault detection locator, and evaluation is performed bythe fault detection locator. The platform is advantaged in that characteristics of an actual suspension
control system can be simulated, the structure is simple, mounting is easy, operation is convenient, and experiment cost is relatively low.
