The invention describes a method for achieving manufacturing of a three-dimensional object by conducting layer-by-layer scanning on a powder layer through an energy bundle. The method comprises the steps that a powder material layer is paved on a base plate or a cured layer, so that the powder layer is formed; part of or more areas of the powder layer are preheated through a preheating light beam, so that the temperature of powder in the preheated areas reaches a set value, wherein setting of the preheating light beam is matched with absorption efficiency of the powder; selective scanning is conducted on the corresponding cross section positions, in the preheated areas, of the three-dimensional object through the energy bundle, and curing of the powder layer is completed, wherein the preheating light beam is a laser beam with the single wave length; and after homogenization is conducted and the light beam uniform in energy distribution is formed and diverged, preheating is conducted on the preheated areas. By means of the method, a powder material adopted in the powder bed additive manufacturing technology can be preheated rapidly and efficiently, and thus the temperature difference generated between the three-dimensional object and the surrounding environment when the three-dimensional object is manufactured is reduced; generation of internal stress is reduced; and manufacturing quality of the three-dimensional object is improved.

The invention discloses a novel common-rail oil injector, which comprises an oil injector shell body. A pore plate is arranged at the upper end of the oil injector shell body. A control valve seat is mounted at the upper end of the pore plate. A low-pressure oil duct is installed inside the control valve seat. Oil cavities are installed inside the oil injector shell body and the pore plate. The oil cavities are respectively communicated with a high-pressure oil duct and the low-pressure oil duct. The high-pressure oil duct is connected with an oil inlet. A sealing surface and a switching valve are arranged between the low-pressure oil duct and the oil cavities. Compared with the prior art, the novel common-rail oil injector has the advantages that when injecting oil, the communication process of the high-pressure oil duct and the low-pressure oil duct is short, the high-pressure fuel entering a control cavity will be cut off, the oil return amount is greatly reduced, the oil injection efficiency of the novel common-rail oil injector is increased, the oil temperature rising of the oil injector is reduced, the working stability of the novel common-rail oil injector is ensured, the reliability of the novel common-rail oil injector is improved, also the energy consumption of a flushing pump is reduced, and the novel common-rail oil injector creates conditions for pressure injection of the common-rail system.

Production method for modified artificial graphite negative electrode material

The invention provides a production method for a modified artificial graphite negative electrode material. The method comprises: taking powder obtained by grinding petroleum coke as a main raw material and performing shaping treatment; adding a certain proportion of petroleum asphalt into the shaped petroleum coke material, and performing secondary granulation treatment in an extrusion fusion way; adding the granulated material into a mixture of petroleum asphalt and coal asphalt or coal tar, and performing coating modification treatment; putting the material into a graphitization furnace in bulk to perform high-temperature graphitization treatment, or performing carbonization and graphitization treatment in sequence; performing dispersion and grading treatment after the material is cooled to the room temperature; and finally adding few carbon nanotubes to perform mixing and screening. The method has the advantages that the main raw material is ground petroleum coke powder, and the powder is recycled, so that the cost can be reduced; secondary granulation of small granules can increase the capacity of the material and improve the cycle performance of the material; and due to the adoption of a graphite plate loading mode, the graphitization degree of the material can be increased, namely, the capacity can be increased, and the energy consumption cost can be reduced.
