Fuse breakdown method adapted to semiconductor device

A plurality of pulses each having relatively low energy are consecutively applied to a subject fuse to cause breakdown, wherein the total energy of pulses is set in light of a prescribed breakdown threshold, which is calculated in advance. The subject fuse has a pair of terminals and an interconnection portion that is narrowly constricted in the middle so as to realize fuse breakdown with ease. A pulse generator generates pulses, which are repeatedly applied to the subject fuse by way of a transistor; then, it stops generating pulses upon detection of fuse breakdown. Side wall spacers are formed on side walls of fuses, which are processed in a tapered shape so as to reduce thermal stress applied to coating insulating films. In addition, pulse energy is appropriately determined so as to cause electro-migration in the subject fuse, which is thus increased in resistance without causing instantaneous meltdown or evaporation.

Optical fiber component package for high power dissipation

A package for an optical fiber device is disclosed. It has a high thermal conductivity packaging substrate surrounding the optical fiber device and has adhesive bonds at each end anchoring the optical fiber device to the substrate. The adhesive bonds are made of a material that has high transparency in damp heat as well as a high glass transition temperature and is capable of withstanding temperatures of over 100° C. The packaging substrate has a high absorption capacity and a CTE in relation to the CTE of the adhesive bond, such as to compensate for any variation in the adhesive bond due to temperature variations. This allows to limit mechanical stress in the optical fiber device within the package.

The invention describes a method for achieving manufacturing of a three-dimensional object by conducting layer-by-layer scanning on a powder layer through an energy bundle. The method comprises the steps that a powder material layer is paved on a base plate or a cured layer, so that the powder layer is formed; part of or more areas of the powder layer are preheated through a preheating light beam, so that the temperature of powder in the preheated areas reaches a set value, wherein setting of the preheating light beam is matched with absorption efficiency of the powder; selective scanning is conducted on the corresponding cross section positions, in the preheated areas, of the three-dimensional object through the energy bundle, and curing of the powder layer is completed, wherein the preheating light beam is a laser beam with the single wave length; and after homogenization is conducted and the light beam uniform in energy distribution is formed and diverged, preheating is conducted on the preheated areas. By means of the method, a powder material adopted in the powder bed additive manufacturing technology can be preheated rapidly and efficiently, and thus the temperature difference generated between the three-dimensional object and the surrounding environment when the three-dimensional object is manufactured is reduced; generation of internal stress is reduced; and manufacturing quality of the three-dimensional object is improved.

A control valve seat is mounted at the upper end of the pore plate. A low-pressure oil duct is installed inside the control valve seat. Compared with the prior art, the novel common-rail oil injector has the advantages that when injecting oil, the communication process of the high-pressure oil duct and the low-pressure oil duct is short, the high-pressure fuel entering a control cavity will be cut off, the oil return amount is greatly reduced, the oil injection efficiency of the novel common-rail oil injector is increased, the oil temperature rising of the oil injector is reduced, the working stability of the novel common-rail oil injector is ensured, the reliability of the novel common-rail oil injector is improved, also the energy consumption of a flushing pump is reduced, and the novel common-rail oil injector creates conditions for pressure injection of the common-rail system.

Such methods, systems, and devices enhance heat rejection when the fuel tank is being filled to a temperature lower than that if such methods, systems, and devices were not used. Pressure sensor logic on a fuel station will be less prone to error in gauging the mass of the fuel in the tank, enabling the tank to be filled more accurately and fully. To enhance heat rejection, the fuel tank may be provided with a heat sink to passively facilitate heat transfer from the fuel tank interior to the exterior. Alternatively or in combination, the fuel tank can be provided with a fuel flow channel through which fuel from the fuel tank interior is circulated. The fuel flow channel can be actively cooled with a fan or water cooling system.
