The invention relates to an intelligent reversing 
control system, an intelligent reversing control method, an intelligent radiant tube 
heat regeneration device and an intelligent radiant tube 
heat regeneration method. The intelligent reversing 
control system comprises a 
flue gas temperature sensor, an exhausted gas temperature sensor, a 
fuel gas reversing valve, an air 
reversing valve and a master control module, wherein the 
fuel gas reversing valve is arranged on a 
fuel gas passage, the air reversing valve is arranged on an air passage and is provided with an outlet port, the 
flue gas temperature sensor is arranged in a radiant tube and is used for detecting a temperature of 
flue gas in the radiant tube and sending temperature signals to the master control module, the exhausted gas temperature sensor is arranged at the outlet port position of the air reversing valve and is used for detecting a temperature of exhausted 
flue gas and sending temperature signals to the mater control module, and the master control module is used for receiving the temperature signals from the 
flue gas temperature sensor and the exhausted gas temperature sensor, computing and analyzing the signals and controlling the air reversing valve and the 
flue gas reversing valve to reverse. The intelligent reversing 
control system is capable of achieving intelligent reversing of the radiant tube in regenerative 
combustion and improving control precision of the regenerative gas-fired radiant tube, and 
workload adjustment is facilitated.
