The invention discloses an SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring and alarming system. The SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring and alarming system consists of a remote end and an on-site end which are connected through a data wire, wherein the on-site end comprises an ultrasonic measurement module, an infrared measurement module, an ARM controller, an RS485 communication module, a relay control module, an AC220-DC24/5V switching power supply and an AC220V wiring terminal; the remote end comprises a remote control module and a data analysis module. In the detection of the SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring and alarming system, an infrared measurement principle and an ultrasonic measurement principle are reasonably combined; a detection process of the system comprises ultrasonic measurement first, and then if SF6 concentration is detected to exceed a standard, then infrared measurement is started, so that the problem that the expense is relatively high due to frequent measurement is solved, the ultrasonic measurement can be supplemented so as to improve the detection precision; therefore, the detection method makes full use of the advantages of the ultrasonic measurement and the infrared measurement, the defect that in the prior art, the SF6 concentration is measured by a single sensor is overcome, and the precision and flexibility of SF6 concentration detection are improved.
