An LED radiator comprises a radiator body, a radiating component, a light source module, a side cover, a diffusion sheet and a cover plate, wherein the radiating component, the light source module, the side cover, the diffusion sheet and the cover plate are connected on the radiator body sequentially, the radiator body is provided with mounting positions for mounting the radiating component, the radiating component is connected with the light source module, the light source module comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) and a plurality of LED chips distributed on the PCB in a matrix arrangement manner, the side cover surrounds the light source module and is fixed thereon, the diffusion sheet is fixed at one end, distant from the light source module, of the side cover, and the radiating component, the light source module, the side cover and the diffusion sheet are arranged between the cover plate and the radiator body. The LED radiator has the advantages that heat generated by the light source module is rapidly diffused all around through the radiating component, and radiation of the LED radiator is rapidly achieved by means of air heat convection; the LED radiator is simple and practical in structure and easy to popularize.
