The invention discloses an on-site measuring apparatus for local mechanical properties of materials. The apparatus comprises: an apparatus fixing unit, a load shear driving unit, and a load-displacement detection unit. The load shear driving unit comprises a DC motor, a screw rod, a slide block with rollers, and a sway bar with a pressure head. The apparatus fixing unit comprises positioning teeth, bolts and a U-shaped slot. The load-displacement detection unit comprises a displacement sensor and a load sensor. With the apparatus provided by the present invention, preparations of samples are not necessary. A material which requires measuring is provided with two holes with depths of 6 mm on two sides of a subregion which is to be detected. The positioning teeth are inserted into the two holes for holding the whole apparatus. The subregion is provided with increasing load by the pressure head from one of the holes until the material in the subregion is damaged. The load-displacement curves are recorded by the displacement sensor and the load sensor, and are converted into stress-strain curves. Therefore, the apparatus can be used for on-site assessments of local mechanical properties of materials.

The method has the advantages that DCL does not contain Pt and is free of electrochemical reaction, so the mass transfer characteristic can be presented through the Fick law; the manufacturing method, material composition and CL of the DCL are completely consistent, and the mass transfer characteristic of CL can be effectively copied; by measuring the limited current, the relation between the oxygen flux and the concentration is obtained, and the effective mass transfer coefficient is calculated through the Fick law.
