test bench and its testing method, belonging to the field of cab suspension testing technology. It includes an experimental controller, an experimental support platform, a lower suspension platform, a degree-of-freedom generator, an upper suspension platform, and a force distribution
simulation unit. The lower suspension platform is located inside the experimental support platform, and multiple first hydraulic cylinders are fixed at intervals around the periphery of the lower suspension platform. The degree-of-freedom generator includes a lower
flange fixed to the center of the top surface of the lower suspension platform. Multiple guide pillars are fixed on the lower
flange, and a sliding disc is slidably mounted on each guide pillar. A limit nut is screwed onto the sliding disc, and a
