The invention discloses a multifunctional
frequency conversion central air-conditioning experimental platform, which comprises a refrigerating
system, a
control system and a simulated room, wherein the refrigerating
system comprises a refrigerating unit, a
chilled water system and a cooling water system; the
control system comprises an upper computer, a lower computer and a frequency converter; amonitoring module in the upper computer is used for acquiring operating temperatures, pressure and flow signals of the experimental platform through the lower computer and transmitting a control command to monitor operation of the refrigerating system through the lower computer or the frequency converter; a matrix laboratory (
MATLAB) module in the upper computer can execute an optimization
control algorithm, and the
MATLAB module and the monitoring module perform
data exchange through a
dynamic data exchange (DDE) mechanism or an
object linking and embedding standard for
process control (OPC); and the refrigerating unit comprises a
frequency conversion compressor, a condenser, and an air-cooled
evaporator and a water-cooled
evaporator which are connected in parallel. By the experimental platform, refrigerating effects of the air-cooled
evaporator, the water-cooled evaporator and a varied
refrigerant volume (VRV) multi-air-conditioning system can be researched simultaneously, and a
verification platform can be provided for a large
frequency conversion central air conditioner to execute an energy-saving optimal advanced control strategy.
