The application discloses a dust removal equipment and method for cat
litter production workshop, and relates to the technical field of dust removal equipment. The equipment comprises a cylinder, a conical cylinder fixedly connected to the bottom, a ventilation
pipe communicated with a bag-type
dust collector at the top, and a
turbine driven by inlet
airflow. Dust-containing air enters the cylinder tangentially to form a spiral
airflow. Large-particle dust is centrifugally separated in the conical cylinder and discharged from a dust outlet. The
airflow then rises and passes through a filter plate in the ventilation
pipe for secondary dust removal. Meanwhile, the
turbine drives an arc-shaped scraper to automatically clean the dust accumulated on the filter plate, and the dust is sent back to the pre-dust removal area through a dust collection channel and a dust
discharge baffle for recycling treatment. Finally, the clean airflow enters the bag-type
dust collector to complete three-stage
filtration. The
turbine drives the scraper on the movable plate to automatically clean the bag through a transmission shaft and a speed
reducer. The method realizes multi-stage efficient dust removal and equipment self-cleaning, improves dust removal efficiency, and avoids secondary
pollution.
