The application discloses a method for preparing low-molecular-weight fucoidan by supermicro grinding, and belongs to the field of food processing. The method directly supermicro grinds fucoidan by using a multi-dimensional swing high-energy nanometer impact mill, and effectively reduces the molecular weight of the fucoidan. Compared with other methods for preparing low-molecular-weight fucoidan, the method adds sodium chloride, mixes and spray-dries to form a hollow structure with hardness and brittleness, the fucoidan is uniformly distributed in the hollow structure, the sugar chains of the fucoidan are broken when the structure collapses and is ground, and thus the molecular weight of the fucoidan is reduced. The method does not need to use fucoidan-degrading enzymes and other chemical reagents, is environmentally friendly, safe and efficient, and has the advantages of uniform product, higher yield, simple process, wide application range and the like compared with known chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis methods, and is suitable for preparing low-molecular-weight polysaccharides of other polysaccharide macromolecules except fucoidan.
