The invention provides a design method for an IMC-PID (Internal Mode Control-Proportion Integration Differentiation) controller of a non-square time delay system, and relates to the field of industrial process control. The design method comprises the following steps of: converting the control problem of the non-square system into the control of a series of independent loops due to the thinking of effective open-loop transfer functions, and designing the IMC-PID controller capable of being used for the actual field in combination with a design method of an inner die controller and a numerical search algorithm. The design method has the advantages that (1) an equivalent model is used, so that the complex computation such as first decoupling and second designing can be avoided; (2) the parameter values of the PID of the non-square system can be directly searched by the search algorithm, so that the design method is simple in computation process; (3) the input/output at two ends of the controller is sampled due to a non-square multi-given data acquisition method; and (4) the novel incremental IMC-PID controller in the form of incomplete differential PID is adopted, so that the calculated quantity of full quantity accumulation can be observably reduced, and the adaptability of the anti-interference performance and the actual working condition can be improved.

Fault-tolerant field-oriented control method of five-phase interior permanent-magnet linear motor under two nonadjacent short-circuit phase faults

The invention proposes a fault-tolerant field-oriented control method of five-phase interior permanent-magnet fault-tolerant linear motor (IPM-FTLM) with two nonadjacent short-circuit phase faults. Firstly, the extended Clark transformation matrix can be obtained according to the principle that magnetic motive force (MMF) keeps constant before and after the two-phase open-circuit faults, the constraint that the sum of healthy phase currents is zero and the adjacent two-phase current amplitude is equal. The back electric motive force (EMF) can be estimated by the transposed matrix. The nonlinear strong coupling system becomes the first-order inertia system when using the internal mode controller, the first-order inertia feed-forward voltage compensator and back-EMF observer, as the motor is with fault. Then, according to the principle that the sum of MMF of the healthy phase short-circuit compensation currents and two phases short-circuit fault currents is zero, the short-circuit compensation voltage can be obtained, and then these voltages add vector-controller output voltages, respectively. The invention not only restrains the thrust force fluctuation caused by two nonadjacent short-circuit phase faults, but also more importantly keeps the same dynamic and steady performance as the normal conditions, and also it has the constant switching frequency of voltage source inverter.

The method comprises the following steps: when the six-phase permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor is fault-free, the magnetic flux linkage observation and switch module selects the support vector machine with the normal nominal model and the normal controller; and when a single-phase open-circuit fault occurs in the six-phase permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor, the magnetic flux linkage observation and switch module selects the support vector machine with the faulted nominal model and the fault controller.

The method comprises the steps of obtaining a q-axis desired current according to a designed fuzzy adaptive sliding-mode speed controller, and setting the d-axis reference current as 0; according to a disturbance value feedback compensation observed by a designed disturbance extended state observer, using the q-axis current output from the fuzzy adaptive sliding-mode speed controller as the q-axis input of a dq-axis internal mode current controller; using the difference of a d-axis feedback current value and the given d-axis current value 0 as the d-axis input of the dq-axis internal mode current controller; obtaining ud and uq after the processing by the dq-axis internal mode current controller, and finally outputting the driving voltage currently operated by the permanent magnet synchronous motor through the vector-controlled inverse park conversion, the SVPWM and an inverter. An existing upper and lower limiting layer structure is replaced with upper and lower DBR bands; and a defect layer is inserted into one-dimensional photonic crystal, so that the effect of limiting light in a photonic band gap on the defect layer is achieved. The four-wavelength output semiconductor laser device specifically comprises a GaAs substrate, a lower DBR layer, a lower matching layer, a lower waveguide layer, an active layer, an upper waveguide layer, an upper matching layer, an upper DBR layer, a contact layer, an insulating layer and a P-type electrode, wherein the upper DBR layer and the contact layer are etched to form a ridge waveguide and a dual-electrode structure. Output of four different wavelengths can be obtained through internal mode matching of the semiconductor laser device; the effects of tuning the wavelength of the laser device and converting the working state of the laser device can be obtained through controlling one terminal electrode; and the device based on the structure simultaneously obtains continuous pulse output of 1.069 microns, 1.353 microns, 1.77 microns and 2.71 microns.

The present invention relates to a construction method of a mode-division multiplexing fiber-optic communication system, which includes following contents: converting multiple-input optical signals into optical propagation modes supported by a graded-index ring-core optical fiber at a transmitting end, after being multiplexed by a mode multiplexer, injecting the optical signals into the graded-index ring-core optical fiber for transmission; using a mode de-multiplexer to separate optical signals of different mode groups at a receiving end firstly; and for the separation of internal modes of the same mode group, adopting a multi-channel reception and a digital signal processing method based on a multiple-input multiple-output equalization for processing: for the separation of modes in a base mode group and a high-order mode group, using a digital signal processing algorithm including a 2×2 multiple-input multiple-output equalization and a digital signal processing algorithm including a 4×4 multiple-input multiple-output equalization for recovery processing, respectively. The method according to the present invention only needs to add an optical receiver and a digital signal processing module based on the 4×4 multiple-input multiple-output equalization repeatedly while adding the mode group to expand communication capacity. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the characteristics of low complexity, high scalability and easy upgrading.
