The present invention relates to a subminiature bone conduction speaker by using a vibrating plate and a mobile phone having the subminiature bone conduction speaker. A subminiature bone conduction speaker using a vibrating plate according to the present invention comprises a body having a shape of a cylinder of which upper portion is opened; yoke which is disposed in a lower portion of the body and of which center has a protrusion; a ring type magnet which is formed on the edge of the yoke and apart from an end portion of the protrusion by a predetermined clearance; an upper plate which is formed on the magnet; a mastoid which is contacted to bone conduction of a user and by which vibration is transmitted to the user; an acoustic vibrating plate which is inserted at a lower side of the mastoid to cover the opening portion of the body and which is made of an elastic material; an auxiliary vibrating plate which is inserted under the acoustic vibrating plate which is inserted to the mastoid; a voice coil which is attached to the auxiliary vibrating plate and which is inserted between the end portion of the protrusion of the yoke and the ring type magnet; a front cap for fixing the acoustic vibrating plate on the body; and a electrical signal input unit for inputting an electric signal to the voice coil.

The invention discloses a sounding device. The sounding device comprises a vibrating diaphragm component, wherein the vibrating diaphragm component comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a plastic supporting element combined at the edge of the vibrating diaphragm; the vibrating diaphragm is of a silicon rubber structure, and is in fixed combination with a supporting element in an injection molding manner; and a combining portion which is in injection molding combination with the supporting element is arranged at the edge of the vibrating diaphragm. The manufacturing method of the sounding device comprises the following steps of: 1, forming an annular plastic supporting element in the injection molding manner through filling plastic material in a shaping mold of the supporting element; and 2, fixing the supporting element, and forming a silicon rubber vibrating diaphragm by filling the silicon rubber material in the shaping mold of the vibrating diaphragm, wherein the shaping mold of the vibrating diaphragm extends to the inner side wall of the supporting element, or on the position of the upper side and/or the lower side wall. The vibrating diaphragm with the structure has excellent consistency, and high product stability; the shaping technology of the vibrating diaphragm is simplified, and the manufacturing process of the product is simplified.

In the capacitance microphone chip provided by the invention, the vein membrane and reinforcing rib structure of the invention can be used for effectively enhancing the vibration amplitude of the diaphragm, thereby enhancing the change of the capacitance in the chip to further improve the sensitivity of a capacitance microphone on the premise that the volume of the chip is not changed; the part, provided with a diaphragm reinforcing rib, in the vein membrane on the diaphragm is basically maintained to perform translational motion and the capacitance change rate of the microphone is improved; the problem that the local deformation of the diaphragm is overlarge is avoided; and the sensitivity and reliability of the capacitance microphone chip are improved.
