Safety device for power window, opening/closing control method and plate-glass processing method

A safety device for a power window is achieved, which considers variation in capacitance during raising of a window glass, and considers variation in capacitance due to a use situation so as to reduce a possibility of false operation.
The safety device has a window position counter that allows repetitive pulses to be generated depending on amount of rotation of a raising/lowering motor that raises or lowers a window glass, and counts the pulses to acquire opening information of the window glass; a storage unit that detects capacitance of an electrode provided on the window glass during raising of a window glass, and stores change in the capacitance with being related to window position information given by the window position counter; and a controller that sets a reversal threshold value with the stored change in capacitance, which is stored in the storage unit with being related to the window position information, as a reference, and reverses the raising/lowering motor to lower the window glass irrespective of a state of the operational switch in the case that a value of capacitance detected by a capacitance detector during raising operation of the window glass exceeds the reversal threshold value for each window position information.

Low-profile broadband circularly polarized antenna for 5G communication and design method thereof

The invention provides a low-profile broadband circularly polarized antenna for 5G communication and a design method thereof and belong to the technical field of microwave passive devices and the antenna comprise an antenna radiation assembly, a reflector assembly and an antenna feed assembly. The antenna radiation assembly is used for signal radiation, and the reflector assembly is used for reflecting radiation signals of the antenna radiation assembly. The antenna radiation assembly comprises an upper layer microwave dielectric substrate and first and second irregular slotted rectangular patch antennas etched on the upper and lower surfaces of the upper layer microwave dielectric substrate. The reflector assembly comprises a lower layer microwave dielectric substrate and a plurality of AMC reflectors distributed on the upper surface of the lower layer microwave dielectric substrate at equal intervals. The AMC reflectors are loaded below the first irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna and the second irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna; and the antenna feed assembly provides feed for the first irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna and the second irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna. L-shaped grooves are respectively etched in the first irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna and the second irregular slotted rectangular patch antenna; and the antenna is low in profile and small in size, contains 5G, is compatible with a 4G frequency band, and is wide in bandwidth after being loaded with an artificial magnetic conductor.

Component having a micromechanical microphone structure, and method for operating such a microphone component

A concept is proposed for a MEMS microphone which may be operated at a relatively low voltage level and still have comparatively high sensitivity. The component according to the present invention includes a micromechanical microphone structure having an acoustically active diaphragm which functions as a deflectable electrode of a microphone capacitor (1), and a stationary acoustically permeable counterelement which functions as a counter electrode of the microphone capacitor (1). The component also includes means for applying a high-frequency clock signal (2) to the microphone capacitor (1) and for applying the inverted clock signal (2′) to an adjustable but acoustically inactive compensation capacitor (7), an integrating operational amplifier (3) which integrates the sum of the current flow through the microphone capacitor (1) and the current flow through the compensation capacitor (7), a demodulator (4) for the output signal of the integrating operational amplifier (3), the demodulator being synchronized with the clock signal (2), and a low-pass filter for obtaining a microphone signal which corresponds to the changes in capacitance of the microphone capacitor (1), based on the output signal of the demodulator (4).
