polishing and deslagging treatment device which comprises a
machine body, one side of the
machine body is rotatably connected with a rotating piece, the rotating piece is slidably connected with a plurality of electric clamping blocks, the electric clamping blocks are distributed along the circumference, and a
servo motor is arranged on the side, close to the rotating piece, of the
machine body. A conveying
assembly is connected between an output shaft of the
servo motor and the rotating piece, rodless air cylinders which are symmetrically arranged are connected to the side, away from the rotating piece, of the machine body, a sliding plate is slidably connected between the rodless air cylinders, and a pushing piece is connected to the top of the sliding plate and slidably connected with the machine body. The side, close to the electric clamping block, of the pushing piece is slidably connected with a plurality of
grinding blocks. According to the device, the
polishing block can be automatically attached to the inner wall through linkage of the electric clamping block and the wedge-shaped block and an elastic structure, manual adjustment is not needed, adaptability and universality are high, synchronous operation of
polishing feeding and welded
pipe rotation is achieved through cooperation of the rodless air cylinder and the
servo motor, and polishing is uniform and efficient.
