The protective fixing device includes a supporting rod, bolts, a base, a threaded screw rod, a supporting sleeve, an upper arc-shaped shell, positive magnets, negative magnets, a bayonet, a spring, a lower arc-shaped shell, a limiting block and a connecting rod; the lower arc-shaped shell is installed at the middle position of the top end of the base, and the negative magnets are installed at the top ends of the two sides of the lower arc-shaped shell; the limiting block is installed at the bottom of the connecting rod and the connecting rod is connected to the inner wall of the supporting sleeve in an embedded mode; a spring is installed on the outer side of the supporting sleeve; and meanwhile, the two ends of the spring are connected with the bayonet and the lower arc-shaped shell in a fastened mode correspondingly. By installing a fixing frame, the threaded screw rod, the upper arc-shaped shell, the lower arc-shaped shell, the positive magnets and the negative magnets, when the protective fixing device is put into use, the positive magnets on the upper arc-shaped shell attract the negative magnets on the lower arc-shaped shell to clamp a water pipe, and the bolts are screwed to fix the upper arc-shaped shell and the lower arc-shaped shell so as to fix the water pipe.
