The system comprises a cloud platform, a host terminal and a communication terminal;the host terminal comprises a hydraulic machine, a controller and a sensor. The method comprises the following steps: step A1, performing data initialization and automatically running the host terminal; step A2, sending, by the controller, working parameters to a data cache area of the cloud platform; step A3, receiving and storing, by the data cache area, the working parameters, performing analysis to obtain a working data packet, and sending the working data packet to the communication terminal; step A4, checking, by a user, the working states and working results of one or more hydraulic machines on the communication terminal, inputting an optimization data packet on the communication terminal, and sending the optimization data packet to the cloud platform; step A5, analyzing, by the cloud platform, to obtain optimized parameters and sending the optimized parameters to the controller; and step A6, controlling, by the controller, the corresponding hydraulic machine to execute the corresponding action. By adoption of the hydraulic machine control and management method and system, intelligent control and management are achieved, the production conditions can be checked and the hydraulic machine is controlled remotely, and the production data are stored in real time.
