According to the method, the main target of effectively recovering a methyl nitrite gas is achieved in the coal ethylene glycol carbonyl synthesis system through the methods of combining air stripping, flash evaporation and nitric acid reduction. The recovery system mainly comprises a front air stripping system for methyl nitrite, a nitric acid reduction system and a rear air stripping system, wherein the front air stripping system is provided with a liquid-phase preheater, a front air stripping tower and a liquid-phase discharge centrifugal pump; the nitric acid reduction system is provided with a liquid-phase feeding preheater and a nitric acid reduction tower; and the rear air stripping system is provided with the flash evaporation tank, the liquid-phase feeding centrifugal pump and the rear air stripping tower. The recovery device comprises a first globe valve, a filter, a pressurizing system and a fifth globe valve, wherein the first globe valve, the filter, the pressurizing system and the fifth globe valve are sequentially connected between an associated gas input end and an associated gas output end through a pipeline; the pressurizing system consists of a pressurizing device and four non-return valves, the filter is connected with two gas inlets, namely an upper gas inlet and a lower gas inlet, of one side of the pressurizing device respectively through a first non-return valve and a second non-return valve, an upper gas outlet and a lower gas outlet of the other side of the pressurizing device are respectively connected to the fifth globe valve through a third non-return valve and a fourth non-return valve, the top end of a piston rod of the pressurizing device is hinged to a wiggle stick of an oil extractor, and a flowmeter is arranged between the pressurizing system and the fifth globe valve. A compressed associated-gas oil-gas mixture is transported to a pressurizing point or block station, and thus, well site associated gas is sufficiently recovered.

Recovery method for isobutene in cracking process of methyl tert-butyl ether

The invention discloses a recovery method for isobutene in the cracking process of methyl tert-butyl ether for preparation of isobutene. The method comprises the following steps: step 1) mixing light components obtained at the top of a light component-removing tower and containing dimethyl ether and isobutene with reacted materials and water; step 2) introducing a mixed material obtained in the step 1) into a first water scrubber to obtain a water phase at the bottom of the water scrubber and an oil phase at the top of the water scrubber; step 3) introducing the water phase obtained in the step 2) into a methanol recovery tower to recover methanol and to obtain a material flow containing dimethyl ether at the top of the recovery tower; step 4) introducing the oil phase obtained in the step 2) into a rectifying tower and allowing components at the top of the rectifying tower to enter into a second water scrubber so as to obtain a water phase at the bottom of the second water scrubber and an oil phase at the top of the second water scrubber; and step 5) introducing the oil phase obtained in the step 4) into the light component-removing tower so as to obtain pure isobutene at the bottom of the light component-removing tower and returning light components containing dimethyl ether and isobutene obtained at the top of the light component-removing tower to the step 1). The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process flow, easy operation, capacity of complete recovery of isobutene, reduction of production cost and substantial improvement of economic benefits of an apparatus.

Technique for preparing cyclohexane by benzene hydrogenation using hydrogen produced by oxygen enrichment natural gas steam reforming method

The invention relates to a technique method for using hydrogen obtained from rich oxygen in a natural gas steam reforming method to prepare cyclohexane with benzene hydrogenation, in particular to be used in the raw material hydrogen which is needed in the cyclohexane production technique. The rich oxygen produced in a rich oxygen device and the reforming gas obtained from a natural gas steam reforming method in a primary reformer are reacted in a secondary reformer; and then the steps of medium and low change, decarburization and methanation to prepare hydrogen with high hydrogen content which is used for producing cyclohexane, thereby reducing the hydrogenation exhaust emissions. The devices for realizing the treatment method comprises a rich oxygen production device, a rich oxygen condensing machine, rich oxygen content controlling system, natural gas steam primary reformer, a secondary reformer, a middle and low furnace, a decarbuation device, a methanation furnace and a benzene hydrogenation furnace. The invention has the advantages of replacing air with rich oxygen, reducing the content of nitrogen in the hydrogen production process and the tail gas discharging amount in the benzene hydrogenation process, increasing the hydrogen content in the hydrogen production process; the hydrogen is used in the benzene hydrogenation process, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving, discharge reduction and environmental protection.

The energy consumption of the offshore platform can be reduced, the energy mutual assistance between the platforms is improved, and the energy supply stability of the platform group is improved.
