The traditional Chinese medicine composition can improve the activity of SOD, inhibit the content of MDA, reduce damage of oxygen free radicals to gastric mucosa, effectively relieve inflammatory response, achieve anti-inflammation, improve ulcer surface blood flow, improve gastric mucosa damage, reduce ulcer surfaces and promote ulcer healing, and therefore the protective effect on gastric ulcer is achieved. The results of network pharmacology, molecular docking speculation and Western blot method verification show that the FMST plays an anti-inflammatory role through a TLR4 / MyD88 / NF-kappa B signal channel.
