alkali metal analysis, in particular to a high-alkali
coal alkali metal solidification characteristic analysis
system, which comprises a boiler
combustion system used for burning high-alkali
coal to be measured; a
collection system used for collecting
flue gas,
fly ash and ash residue in high-temperature
flue gas after high-alkali
coal combustion; and a
data processing system comprising an
alkali metal comprehensive analysis unit and a solidification characteristic analysis unit, wherein the alkali
metal comprehensive analysis unit analyzes alkali
metal data of the
flue gas, alkali
metal data of the
fly ash and alkali metal data of the ash residue according to the collected
flue gas,
fly ash and ash residue, and the solidification characteristic analysis unit calculates the solidification characteristic of the high-alkali coal to be measured according to the alkali metal data of the
flue gas, the alkali metal data of the fly ash and the alkali metal data of the ash residue. Thus, the problem that the current research on alkali metal solidification characteristics cannot quantitatively analyze alkali metals in
flue gas, fly ash and ash residue, leading to inaccurate analysis of high-alkali coal alkali metal solidification characteristics, is solved.
