extrusion device, a mold closing mechanism and an injection molding linkage plugging mechanism. The outer side of the rack is provided with a shell on which an
extrusion device is fixed; the mold closing mechanism comprises a fixed mold, a movable mold and a mold closing driving
assembly and is used for driving the movable mold to complete mold opening and closing actions. A conveying roller in the
extrusion device is provided with double conveying grooves with opposite rotating directions, and the extrusion end of the conveying roller coaxially extends to form a second guide rod with an
auger with the same rotating direction, so that vortex mixing and stable-pressure extrusion of raw materials are realized. The injection molding linkage plugging mechanism comprises an extrusion opening elastic plugging
assembly and an elastic ejection
assembly with higher rigidity on the movable mold, an
open path is ejected during mold closing, and the plugging assembly is driven by material pressure to automatically reset and plug after the forming cavity is filled with the material. Through the bidirectional mixing pressure stabilizing structure and the linkage plugging mechanism,
silica gel foam is integrally formed, and the forming quality, the product consistency and the production efficiency are greatly improved.
