cutting,
forging, annealing, turning and heat treatment, and then the single-row
tapered roller bearing ring is obtained. The hot-rolled polished bar is used as the
raw material, so that the
surface smoothness of the bar is ensured, no crack occurs during
forging, and the yield of the material is improved; a secondary heating process is adopted after forging, it is guaranteed that the
forge piece is in a reasonable temperature interval during rolling expansion, the phenomenon of rolling expansion cracks does not occur, and the product quality of the
forge piece is guaranteed; the ash cooling process is adopted to replace
slow cooling along with a furnace in an electric furnace, the process method is simple, practical and low in cost, and
electric energy is saved on the premise that the quality of the
forge piece is guaranteed; three-time preheating is adopted. The vacuum heating and heat
conduction mode is
radiation heating, and a repeated preheating mode is adopted, so that the
ferrule in the furnace can be uniformly heated, the
heating temperature is slowly increased, thermal stress in the
ferrule can be reduced, and the quality of the quenched
ferrule is ensured.
