This invention discloses a method and
system for the turnover design of internal support frames under slabs, considering schedule matching, and relates to the fields of
building construction formwork
engineering and digital
construction management technology. The method includes: dividing the work section based on a BIM model and arranging the frame; importing the schedule file, binding the schedule nodes to the work section bidirectionally, and constructing a three-dimensional correlation matrix of schedule-work section-component; extracting the
projected area of the slab bottom based on the correlation matrix and calculating the theoretical demand, calculating the replenishment and return quantities based on the
loss rate and integrity rate, and releasing the available turnover quantity only when both the formwork removal strength and support layer space conditions are met simultaneously; establishing a multi-level
priority queue for replenishment sources for
optimal matching and scheduling; and generating a structured turnover table and entry / exit plan. The
system includes a
data access layer, a calculation layer, an
interaction layer, and a storage layer. This invention achieves dynamic matching between support frame turnover design and construction schedule, significantly reducing material idle rate and rental costs, and eliminating safety hazards caused by unauthorized formwork removal.
