The plasma torch is generated from the mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen, the oxidizing material introduced into the second zone (4B) of the reactor is a mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen. Subsequently the water content of the combustion gas is separated by condensing and is removed and the residual combustion gas is removed.
