ampoule automatic packing mechanism, comprising a bracket, a transmission mechanism and a feeding array mechanism, which is characterized in that the transmission mechanism and the feeding array mechanism are arranged on the bracket, wherein, the transmission mechanism includes a transmission shaft supporting base, a
saddle, a transmission shaft, a chain wheel, a chain and a placing groove which is fixed on the chains. An
ampoule is put in the placing groove, the height of the chain passing the chain wheel
saddle is fit for the height of the chain wheel, so after the placing groove with the
ampoule chain passes through the chain wheel, the ampoule rolls to the
saddle; the supporting base of the transmission shaft is fixed on the bracket and the transmission shaft is arranged under the chain; moreover, the feeding array mechanism includes a pair of reverse rotating nylon groove wheels which are arranged on two transmission shafts, a groove wheel front supporting base is arranged between the nylon groove wheel and the packing box frame, a groove wheel outside baffle is arranged along the rotation direction of the nylon groove wheel, and the bottom of the nylon groove wheel is provided with a splint. Besides, the top of the bracket is provided with the feeding array mechanism, and the bottom is provided with the motor, transmission shaft and fixing supporting base thereof. The nylon groove wheel of the feeding array mechanism turns inwards, and according to the outer
diameter size of the ampoule, the groove wheels with different widths and heights are selected. The present invention can effectively solve the puzzle of automatic ampoule packing, thus reducing the breaking ration, the labor intensity as well as the labor cost, and improving the qualification rate of ampoule.
