The improved production technology comprises the following steps: preparing steel ingot raw materials, charging, heating, forging and stamping, normalizing, tempering, annealing and cooling, examination and correction, rough machining, quenching, milling, finishing machining to obtain finished products, wherein in the heating step, the highest temperature of a workpiece is controlled to 910-930 DEG C by using fuzzy intelligent temperature control; and in the quenching step, the water temperature in a quenching bath is controlled to 20-40 DEG C by using quenching bath water temperature intelligent control. According to the invention, the heating temperature can be effectively controlled, the water temperature intelligent control in the heating furnace and the quenching bath can be realized, the resistance to fatigue and crack prevention property of the wind power shaft are raised, and the service life of the wind power shaft is prolonged.
